Dwarf Nova in Andromeda?

Another good observing target for this month is a dwarf nova in Andromeda which goes by the easily remembered name (yeah right!) HS2331+3905.

HS2331 + 3905 is WZ SGE class rare variable star.
Outbursts are measured in decades.
Since this is this star's first,
future outbursts are still unknown and will be difficult to predict.

Set your finder at
RA 23h 34m 01.55s
Dec. +39d 21m 42.9s
Rumor has it that it has been easily seen at a magnitude of 9.4.

Anyone up to imaging it for us?
