Lake Cheko Location of Tunguska Crater?

Scientists believe Lake Cheko in Siberia may be the location of the Tunguska Event crater.
It is still unclear whether this 99 year old event was the result of a comet or asteroid impact in the Tunguska region of Siberia causing major destruction in the area.
At the time, seismic waves and night sky luminescence were detected over Europe and Central Asia, due to the explosion of an unknown cosmic nature, releasing nearly "10 to 15 mega tons of energy."
No known fragments from the impacting body have been found.
