Pluto IS a Planet- Well It Depends On...

It seems that depending on what state or country you are in at the time, officials can declare Pluto is once again welcomed into the fold. 
New Mexico, being a State of Many Things Astronomical, has made its own official declaration of Pluto's planetary status.
Of course, we all know that sooner or later Pluto will probably be re-anexed into the solar system.

This reminds of the story of Indiana's legislature which tried to declare the mathematical constant Pi to be 3.2!
Crazy!
