If the Earth orbited an F5 star??

If the Earth orbited a main sequence F5 star but everything else were the same such as 24 hr day, 23 degree tilt, etc, how much warmer would our climate be? What do you think the average temp in Montreal might be? Would Greenland then be as warm as Jamica is now? Just looking for a general idea of what the avg temperatures would be in different parts of the world?
