There is a new SciFi book about Mars Colonization that is a great read and is forwarded by mercury Astronaut Scott Carpenter. The book is ABYSS of ELYSIUM by Dennis Chamberland. It is hard science and has been received very well.

Seems like a natural progression of mankind to colonize nearby planets in the future. Discovering how to provide an earth like atmosphere will be a big challenge to overcome.

never mind colonizing mars. lets colonize planets in different solar systems with atmospheres that are more habitable. Just need to find those wormholes.
