Spacecraft to Film Sun in 3D

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/6076212.stm

From BBC NEWS

Goals of mission:to study Space Weather and CMEs.
Two spacecraft will be lofted on a Delta-2 rocket from Cape Canaveral, Florida. One will be orbiting slightly ahead of the other to accomplish "stereo vision".

"The energy in a CME is typically about 10-to-the-power-of-24 joules. That is the same as a bus hitting a wall at 25mph a billion, billion times. It's 100 times the energy stored in the world's nuclear arsenal."
Dr Chris Davis, UK's Rutherford Appleton Laboratory
