Mars Exploration and our Inhabitation?

People are planning to eventually inhabit Mars because we our destroying our Earth right? Anyway, by typing in your weight the link below tells you how much you weigh on other planets such as Jupiter, Mars, and our moon. My weight on Mars is roughly 2/3s less then what it would be here on Earth is this correct? If anyone has any information about it and anything else like temperature and how we might go about dealing with it, I'd appreciate it very much...
