Wel we cannot say that there is another earth out there. But, there's a planet that is just similar that to our own earth. And it seven times bigger than earth. Named glicer. Astronomers have found it. Well would there be life.??? Thats really hard to say. Cause, its around 20 light years away from earth. So we connot make that out. It is located in the goldie locks zone near its star, which means that water exists in fluid form on it. So it is quite possible that there would be life. But it is also possible that the life over there would be in the early stages as it was once no earth. Or it is also quite possible that the life form available over there would far more advance as they might have spend more time with their planet than what we have with ours.

No divya !!!!!!. There are no such speculations to prove that universe has originated from the big bang.
But yes, there is another model of the universe's origin. Well it cant be said that its the model of the origin. But this theory explains that the big bang was not the origin itself, but it was one of the bangs that ought to occur every 13.4trillion years. To explain how it works see the below image.
In the above diagram, the two plate like things which you see are the two brane worlds, and when these two brain worlds collide, the energy created at this collision is the big bang itself.
When there two worlds collide with each other, an explosion takes place, and distributes an enormous amount of energy and matter in both the worlds. Causing the stars and galaxies to exist in the universe. The explosion causes the two brane worlds to move apart from each other. The keep moving apart until they get flat, and again they are attracted towards each other by a weak force. And when they are flattened totaly they once again are attracted and another collision takes place. This keeps on going in a cycle.
This theory is called The M THEORY
