can planets be undercover suns

how come every time i hear somone say how planets are made i feel they are just repeating what they have heard someone else say. i think that planets are a small sun or star, some bigger than others like earth compared to jupiter. i would really like to hear what others think. r

Well, I agree that all planets and Sun were probably made of same mass, however there is a nuclear fusion going on in Sun and not in the planets.

How can you say that. who can say what is really going on inside the middle of the "rocky" planets? Can anybody say with absolute certainty what is in the earths core. It could be a dying star that was caught by the suns gravity.

well, all the things you heard is only based on the bible like what everyone believes.

scientifically speaking, the formation of planets are not yet revealed by researcher. all we know is the start of the life form here on earth and the changes that happened from the past and the possibility that will happen on earth in the future.
